Frequently Asked Questions
Where do you source the sarees from?
We work directly with weavers, artisan clusters, and cooperatives across India — from the looms of Maheshwar and Mangalagiri to the Ikat traditions of Pochampally and the rich silks of Coimbatore. Every saree is handpicked for its craftsmanship, weave story, and cultural value.
Is everything handmade?
Yes, absolutely. All our sarees are handwoven using traditional techniques passed down through generations. Each piece is made on a loom by a skilled artisan — no machines, no mass production, just time, patience, and heritage.
How long will my order take to be delivered?
We usually dispatch orders within 2–4 business days. Shipping time varies depending on your location, but typically takes 5–7 working days across India. You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.
Do you provide customizations?
Currently, we do not offer stitching or custom tailoring services. However, if you're looking for a specific weave, colour palette, or style — feel free to reach out! We’re happy to curate options or source pieces aligned with your preferences.
